Chapter 4 is titled Positioning Elements. The first goal is to understand the Box Model which covers the Box: border, padding, margins, and collapsing margins.
We next learn about floating and clearing and how to use both respective properties: Float and Clear.
We finally end up learning about the Positioning Property such as: Static, Relative, Absolute, and Fixed.
